Hi, I'm Debra Rogers, the founder of Red Wagon Creative.

My love for organization started early. At nine years old, I asked for a typewriter for Christmas and immediately opened my first "office." My parents converted my bedroom closet into a compact office space where I sat for hours. I loved Nancy Drew mysteries and solving problems. Depending on the week, I was running an adoption agency, a detective agency, or some other ambitious childhood enterprise, but every version included custom forms, filing systems, procedures, and a commitment to helping people get things done.

That passion never really changed.

Today, Red Wagon Creative combines decades of administrative experience, project coordination, communications expertise, and creative problem-solving to help businesses, organizations, and individuals focus on what they do best. Whether it's managing projects, organizing systems, creating polished communications, coordinating events, or tackling the tasks that never seem to leave your to-do list, I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.

Throughout my career, I've worked in complex, fast-paced environments where clear communication, reliability, and adaptability are essential. The name Red Wagon Creative is rooted in something personal. Growing up, I was usually the one pulling the wagon, helping carry the load and making sure everyone arrived where they needed to go. That same spirit guides my business today. My goal is to make your journey a little lighter, a little easier, and a lot more enjoyable.
